Ope Olatinwo is the founder and principal partner in the firm. He holds LL B degree in Law from University of Ilorin Ilorin. And a member of the Nigeria Bar Association.His interests in the areas of Corporate/Commercial law ,Real Estate Legal Advisory, documentation and perfection of titles to real and intangible assets, Comprehensive due diligence and corporate governance, Arbitration and Mediation(Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods). Ope Started his legal practice from the law firm of Paul Usoro and Co, he has over the years advised and represented clients in local and multinational transactions, he has significantly being involved in the development and growth of many companies and startups in Nigeria.
FARID GIWA
Farid is a seasoned legal Practitioner and Chartered Secretary with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Ilorin with vast knowledge and experience in Legal Practice. Hehas been handling matters pertaining to Corporate Commercial legal Practice; Insurance Law, Property/Real Estate; Labour Law; Banking and Oil & Gas Law for almost a decade and has handled numerous commercial transactions and litigation in those areas of law and more.
TAOFEEQ ADELEKE
Taofeeq obtained an LLB from the University of Ilorin and he was subsequently called to the Nigerian bar. He worked as an Associate in Tier 1 commercial law firm in Lagos, Nigeria (Paul Usoro and Co), for a number of years and subsequently worked with KPMG Nigeria. Taofeeq is well equipped to deliver results to our clients and develop the law for society. He is well versed in the knowledge of the law and his areas of specialization include energy and environmental law, litigation, arbitration, and general commercial law.

Mubarak is a competent hands-on lawyer with significant experience in dispute resolution and commercial law.
